Community Engagement, Chair

As the Community Engagement Chair, I spearhead a dynamic committee focused on planning impactful community events, extending a helping hand to those in need within our locality, and fostering a culture of active staff participation in campus-wide initiatives.
NCMPR (National Council For Marketing & Public Relations), Conference Committee

This year I was asked to be part of the NCMPR Conference Planning Committee for my district. Here, I gave input on conference sessions and spearheaded the "Connections Committee" where I put together engaging icebreakers for large groups throughout the conference. 

President's Cabinet

In this role, I sit on the President's Cabinet which meets weekly and includes seven other leaders in my organization. We discuss issues that need our attention, collaborate on a master plan, and participate in team-building exercises that make us stronger leaders and communicators. 

SWIM (System-Wide Integrated Marketing)

This group includes all Marketing Managers from all seven NH community colleges. We meet monthly to discuss system-wide initiatives. I had the opportunity to build and host the first SWIM Conference for this group, which was a full day and included speakers, sessions, and collaboration. This went so well that these take place every six months and are held at different colleges.
